This statement and policy refers to practices in relation to the Society website and any Society sponsored scientific meetings.
The Secretariat or Society Council will collect and store your personal information according to this privacy statement and in compliance with The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)(EU)2016/679.
The Secretariat and/or Society Council will only use your data for the indicated purpose at the time of submission. Information collected by the Society shall include personal information as it relates to identifiers, affiliation, and contact. Information provided shall be used only for maintaining contact with the membership and others who have previously attended the Society's scientific meetings for informational purposes only. No information shall be disclosed, sold, or shared with a third party. You can contact the Secretariat to request a copy of your personal data, rectify any errors, or request deletion of your data.
No financial information such as membership dues and meeting registration payments are collected by the Society. All such information shall be handled by Conference Online, Australia to provide a secure online payment process. Conference Online are compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards and their Privacy Policy is available online.
